Section 1 of 5

Your Website

Where visitors decide in seconds.

  • ☐  01. Your homepage doesn’t say who you help and what you do within five seconds.
People leave before they figure it out, and you paid to get them there.
  • ☐  02. Your site is slow or clumsy on a phone.
Most of your visitors are on mobile, and they won’t wait for it.
  • ☐  03. Some pages have no clear next step.
A visitor with no button to press is a visitor you lost.
  • ☐  04. Your product or service pages list features instead of answering the questions buyers actually ask.
Unanswered questions turn into abandoned carts and unbooked calls.
  • ☐  05. You don’t know your conversion rate, or you haven’t looked in 90 days.
You can’t fix a number you never check.

Start Here

Ask three people who don’t know your business to look at your homepage for five seconds, then tell you what you sell. If they can’t, rewrite the headline before you touch anything else.

Section 2 of 5

Search and Visibility

Whether the right people can find you.

  • ☐  06. You aren’t on page one for the three searches your best customers type.
Someone else is getting those buyers every single day.
  • ☐  07. Your Google Business Profile is incomplete, or you haven’t posted to it this month.
For local businesses, the map listing is the new front door.
  • ☐  08. You publish content without a target keyword or a clear reason.
Content with no search intent behind it rarely brings anyone back.
  • ☐  09. Your reviews are sparse, old or unanswered.
Buyers read them, and so does Google.
  • ☐  10. You can’t say where your last 20 customers came from.
Without that, every marketing dollar is a guess.

Start Here

Search your top three buyer phrases in a private browser window and write down who shows up. That list is your real competition, and it’s usually not who you think.

Section 3 of 5

Email and Repeat Buyers

The cheapest revenue you’ll ever earn.

  • ☐  11. You don’t capture emails from visitors who aren’t ready to buy yet.
Most people won’t buy on the first visit. Without an email, they’re gone for good.
  • ☐  12. New subscribers don’t get an automated welcome series.
The first week is when people are paying the most attention to you.
  • ☐  13. There’s no follow-up when someone abandons a cart or an inquiry.
These are your warmest leads, and they’re slipping away on autopilot.
  • ☐  14. You email your list less than twice a month, or only when there’s a sale.
A list that only hears from you at discount time learns to wait for discounts.
  • ☐  15. You don’t know what a customer is worth to you over a year.
That number tells you what you can afford to spend to win one.

Start Here

Turn on a three-email welcome series this week. It’s the highest-return email most brands never send.

Section 4 of 5

Sales and Wholesale

Turning interest into orders.

  • ☐  16. New leads wait more than a day to hear back.
Interest cools fast. The first reply often wins the deal.
  • ☐  17. There’s no written follow-up process, so deals die quietly in the inbox.
Most sales happen after the third or fourth touch, not the first.
  • ☐  18. Your wholesale pricing doesn’t leave room for you, a distributor and a retailer.
If the math doesn’t work at scale, growth makes the problem bigger.
  • ☐  19. Buyers don’t have a line sheet, a sell sheet or an easy way to reorder.
Every step you make a buyer take is a reason for them to stall.
  • ☐  20. Your best customers have never been asked for a referral.
Happy customers know people just like them.

Start Here

Look at your last ten leads and how long each waited for a reply. If it’s more than a day, fix response time before you spend another dollar on getting new leads.

Section 5 of 5

Operations and Team

What lets you grow without breaking.

  • ☐  21. Key processes live in your head instead of a written SOP.
If you’re the system, you’re also the bottleneck.
  • ☐  22. You’re still doing tasks a tool or an assistant could handle.
Every hour you spend there is an hour not spent on growth.
  • ☐  23. Inventory, fulfillment or scheduling surprises happen more than once a quarter.
Surprises cost you money, customers and sleep.
  • ☐  24. Your team doesn’t use AI on real work, or uses it without any guidance.
Teams that use it well get hours back every week. Teams that guess make new messes.
  • ☐  25. You can’t see revenue, margin and cash on one page each week.
    You’re steering without a dashboard.

Start Here

Write down five tasks you did this week that someone else could have done. That list is your first SOP and your first AI project.

Your Score

Add Up Your Checks

0 to 5: A tight ship

Fix the few you checked this month and you’ll feel it in your numbers.

6 to 12: Real money is leaking

Pick the three closest to revenue, usually the website, lead follow-up and email, and fix those first.

13 or more: Your business is working harder than it should

That’s not a judgment. It’s a starting point, and it’s exactly what the Growth Diagnostic is built for.
