Who We Are
Guild & Co. is the consulting practice of Brandine Strand, based in Orange County, California. This policy explains what information we collect through guildandco.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@guildandco.com.
What We Collect
- Information you give us. When you request a free guide, send an inquiry or book a call, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, business name, website and message.
- Scheduling. Fit calls are booked through Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter on its booking page and handles them under its own privacy policy.
- Usage data. Like most websites, ours collects basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, through WordPress.com and Jetpack statistics and similar tools.
How We Use It
- To send you the guide or resource you asked for.
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule and prepare for calls.
- To send occasional emails about growth, marketing and AI if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
When We Share It
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website host, form and email tools and Calendly, and only as needed for them to do that work. If you send an inquiry about design services with our partner David Nardone, we share it with him so he can respond. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functions and statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work as intended without them.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your Choices and California Rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can also ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a California resident, you have these rights under California law, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email hello@guildandco.com.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
